Abstract

This Precast Concrete Floor Panel is a test that aims to determine the flexural strength of precast concrete floor panels, processed properly so that the concrete floor panels have the same strength as conventional cast concrete. This precast concrete floor panel can also be used as a substitute for wood planks for flooring, wood planks also have limitations. Floor panels are molded in sheet form, made of reinforcement, sand, coarse aggregate and cement and water. This test is also to find out how much the flexural strength of the precast concrete floor panels is to determine the compressive force that the floor panels can withstand. The test results of precast concrete floor panels showed flexural strength at the age of 28 days 4 cm thick : 2,585 N/mm2, 4,6 N/mm2, 6,825 N/mm2, 9,545 N/mm2, 12,915 N/mm2, 19,235 N/mm2, 23,91 N/mm2 setiap per 1 kN and at 6 cm thick : 1,65 N/mm2, 3,51 N/2, 5,115 N/mm2, 7,685 N/mm2, 10,915 N/mm2, 14,915 N/mm2, 17,555 N/mm2
