Abstract

This final project is entitled Business Planning and Development Tempe isi bang jago ”(Review of production aspects)”. The general purpose of this final project is to know how to plan and make a business tempes isi ”Bang Jago”. The specific purpose of this final project is to find out the raw materials used, to find out how the production process is tempe isi “Bang jago”, as well as to find out the obstacles and solutions faced during the production process. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely Project Preparation, Project Implementation, Project Completion, and Project Reporting. The end result of this product is to produce a new product of tempeh with the contents of the bang jago. The production process is divided into several stages: The process of providing raw materials for production, refining the raw materials, making the contents of the tempeh, adding the contents of the tempeh, the process of panning the filled tempeh and the frying process of the filled tempeh. The constraints faced are Tempe products filled with bang jago are not durable and in every purchase, the raw material cannot make purchases in large quantities. The solution taken is to be marketed immediately and in every purchase of raw materials in small quantities.
