Abstract
The development of livestock in Indonesia, especially in Pambang Baru Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, has shown a significant increase. The ever-increasing demand for animal feed drives the need for appropriate technology to increase the efficiency of feed production. In this final project, the design and manufacture of an animal feed mixer machine with a capacity of 75 kg is carried out. This machine uses a 7 PK diesel motor as the driving force and a screw model stirring system. The aim of developing this machine is to speed up the feed mixing process and increase the homogeneity of the mixing results compared to the manual mixing method. The research results show that this machine is able to produce more homogeneous feed mixture in a shorter time, thereby increasing work efficiency on livestock.
