Abstract
The magnetic field is a conservative field around a magnet. We can see the existence of magnets and their effects around us, for example the deflection of a compass needle as a result of the earth’s magnetic field. To detect and measure the strength of the field, it is necesary to design a magnetic field measuring instument based on arduino uno for that, this measurement tool is made using a magnetic field detection sensor, namely the UGN3503 sensor and the OH49E sensor and to process and display the signals obtained from the sensor, arduino uno is used. The sensor output value is directly processed by the Arduino Uno. To display the value of the magnetic field strength, an OLED LCD is used. Supply for this measuring tool using a powerbank. The measurement results obtained are in accordance with a standard gauss meter which is also used as a calibration tool. The measurement error of the UGN3503 sensor in the design of the arduino uno based magnetic field measuring instrument is 8,42% and the OH49E sensor is 15,57%.
