Abstract

This final project is entitled "NyNa" "Crispy Coconut Business Planning and Development (Production Aspect Review)". The general objective of this final project is to find out how to plan and manufacture “NyNa” crispy coconut business. The specific objectives of this final project are to find out the raw materials used, to find out how the "NyNa" Crispy Coconut production process is, and to find out the obstacles and solutions faced during the production process. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely Project Preparation, Project Implementation, Project Completion, and Project Reporting. The final result of this product is to produce a new product "NyNa" crispy coconut. The production process is divided into several stages: The process of providing raw materials for production, slicing of coconut, mixing the dough, the frying process and drying the oil. Constraints faced The difficulty of getting the main raw material for coconut and the texture of the coconut is relatively wet, it is difficult to get a crispy crispy. The solution taken is to buy a lot of raw materials and because the coconut texture contains a lot of water, after frying the crispy coconut, let it sit on a tissue for a few minutes to get maximum and long lasting results.
