Abstract

Most rivers in Indonesia have been polluted, due to the amount of river water pollution carried out by the community and industry. Water quality monitoring is very important in efforts to improve river conditions. Currently the monitoring is still done conventionally, namely measuring or taking water samples and manual recording. For this reason, a design is designed to monitor river water pollution that is able to display the value of temperature, PH levels and the number of particles dissolved in water through the website. The hardware used on this tool consists of Wemos D1 R1, DS18B20 sensor, and TDS sensor. In this study was tested at 2 point case studies, namely The Bengkalis River and The Workshop River. From the test results obtained the average value in the Bengkalis River, namely the temperature of 28.77 ̊C, PH 7.70, TDS 67,65 ppm, and conditions in good status. While in testing in the Workshop River obtained an average value of 30.50 ̊C,PH 6.77, TDS 443 ppm and conditions in bad status. So that from the data can be concluded that the Bengkalis River is in good condition and the Workshop River is in a bad condition.
