Abstract
The threat of enviromental damage and scarcity of natural resources encourage people to create and utilize renewable energi source. Biogas is a renewable energy source that,are easy to find, such as animal waste from existing farms manufacturing process allows biogas to be produced in areas where it is difficult to get gas or biogas fuels. In creating electrical energy from biogas. Namely using a modified generator set from fuel oil to a biogas fuel generator set by adjusting or adjusting the carburator generator, the generator set specification is 1200 Watt capacity with an output voltage of 220 VAC, in this case it can be councluded that the estimated gas which is produced by calculating the extent of the gas storage plastic on the 30 th day, which is 29liters or 0.029 m3 with a no load test lasting for 1,55 second 15 s minutes while the estimate gas produced on the 20 th day is 0.018 m 3 or 18 liters by testing using a load of 60 Watt lasted for 1,2 second 10 minutes and obtained a current of 0.19 A.
