Abstract

The Kompak Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) is still in the development plan stage to become a general alterrnative for refueling vehicles in Teluk Lancar village, Kec. Bantan, Kab. Bengkalis. Teh pupose of this research; Determine the existing performance of the Jl. Plantation 1, road segment performance for the next 5 years, evaluation of the impact of the kompak gas station development plan or road performance, and trip attraction generation. The anlytical guide used is the 1997 MKJI, the guideline is used to analyze the condition of the road segment. Based on the regulation of the minister of transportation of the republic of Indonesia number PM 75 of 2015 concerning the implementation of traffic impact analysis, the criteria for carrying out special reliability at gas stations are at least 1 dispenser to get the generation that occurs. The magnitude of the generation kompak gas station construction is then charged to each road segment, after obtaining the volume of vehicles burdened by the generation, an analysis of the performance of the road segment is carried out. Traffic growth rates are used to predict conditions in the next 5 years. The results showed that the traffic volume of the day (week) occurred at 09.00-10.00 WIB in the morning, namely 13 smp/hour, while in the afternoon it occurred at 15.00-16.00 WIB, namely 15 smp/hour. Traffic volume on (Monday) occurs at 09.00-10.00 WIB in the morning, which is 15 smp/hour, while in the afternoon it occurs at 15.00-16.00 WIB, which is 14 smp/hour. The capacity of the Jl. Plantation 1 Sekodi-Teluk Lancar is 1410,606 smp/hour and it is found that the level of service on Sundays and Mondays is on average A. Existing conditions in 2021 the number of vehicle traffic is 133 smp/hour, and for the next 5 years in 2026 the amount of traffic is 144,483 smp/hour. Generating and pulling trips on the Jl. Plantation 1 after being burdened by the number of visistors to the kompak gas station standard with an area 1050 m2, namely 283 smp/hour, and for the next 5 years it is 307,433 smp/hour with an average service level of A.
