Abstract
Ordering cakes and bread is usually done when you want to hold a big event or family event. The cake and bread ordering system in Bengkalis City still uses a manual system. Some of the problems, among others, are that buyers are required to come directly to the location to order cakes and bread in the home industry. Then have a discussion in advance about what products can be ordered and other things and the transaction still has to be written in the book. What is often a problem when the desired product is not available, of course, will look for other sellers or home industries that still provide the desired product. It is quite time consuming to find another seller who provides the same product. For this reason, this study aims to build a cake and bread ordering application that can facilitate and assist buyers in ordering cakes and breads as well as sellers who can sell their products. The method used to build this application is Rapid Application Development (RAD) usingdata storage Firebase Realtime Database. This Rapid Application Development method is a relatively short application development method. The results of this study areOrdering Applications Cake And Bakery using themethod Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results of testing the feasibility of theordering application cake and bakery using themethod black box testing showed almost 80% of the features were running well.
