Abstract

Cursher ice in general tend to still use human power or what at call the manual, at know that a long time-consuming. For that, we need innovation in order to manufacture shaved ice can be done more quickly. One way is to change from manual to automatic. Shaved ice machine that we developed an innovation of the shaved ice machine manual to automatic. Thus the tool is expected to be more efficient shaved ice time so that the process can be faster and is also expected to maximize production. Shaved ice machine automatically uses a DC motor for actuating lever, change the polarity of the machine is controlled by two limit switches. The outhor tested the tool on a piece of ice cubes. From the test results it is known that the shaved ice machine can automatically work with less than 3 minutes for a chunk of ice sie of plastic bags of sugar ½ kg ½ liter of water.
