Abstract
This final project is entitled Business Planning and Making Cheese Potato Balls Bobo Enak (Production Aspect Review). The general objective of this final project is to find out how to plan and manufacture a Bobo Enak cheese potato ball business. The specific objectives of this final project are to find out the raw materials used, to find out how the production process is, to find out the total cost, and to find out the obstacles and solutions faced during the production process of Bobo Enak Cheese Potato Balls. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely project preparation, project implementation, project completion, and project reporting. The end result of this project is a production process that runs for 20 times which produces a new product in the form of a snack made from potatoes and cheese. The production process is included in the type of continuous production process (continuous process). The total cost required for this project is Rp. 2,439,400, where the details are for production expenditure of Rp. 1,880,000 and for marketing expenditure of Rp. 559,400. The obstacles faced were the length of the process of peeling the potato skins and the difficulty of forming balls due to the sticky dough. The solution is to buy potatoes that are large in size and use a special tool to peel the potatoes, and first grease your hands with oil so they don't stick to the dough.
