Abstract
This website-based teacher and student e-document archiving application can store teacher and student document archives in the form of teacher decrees, teacher certificates, new student requirements and alumni diplomas. This application was built using the PHP and Mysql programming languages as the database. Testing is carried out directly by the operator at the school by testing every available feature. From the test results, this application makes it easier for operators to process teacher and student documents such as uploading, deleting, changing and searching for documents when needed. This application has 2 access rights, namely admin and user. Processing of documents such as uploading, changing, deleting and searching for documents is carried out by the admin, namely the school operator, and the principal as a user can only view documents uploaded by the admin. This e-document archiving application has a main page and on the main page there is a menu of teacher data, new student data, alumni student data and class data.
