Abstract
The Melati Putih Posyandu is a posyandu for toddlers that provides health services, namely immunization. Previously, the system used to deliver information about the immunization schedule was by cadres conveying directly to mothers of toddlers when carrying out immunization activities at the posyandu, where when there was a change in the next immunization schedule sometimes mothers of toddlers did not know the information. This method is still not working efficiently. Where all immunization information requires well stored data that contains information on immunization scheduling carried out by cadres and mothers of toddlers. Later the data can be processed, stored and accessed easily. From the problems above, it is proposed to apply for information on Child Immunization Scheduling at the Melati Putih Posyandu based on a website with Telegram API Bot Notifications. This application is designed using the Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as a database management system. As well as the Telegram API Bot to provide information on immunization schedules from cadres to mothers of toddlers. This application is equipped with features for inputting user data, immunization schedules, displaying types of immunizations, immunization data, toddler data and immunization history. From the results of trials that have been carried out, it shows that this system has been successfully implemented. This website makes it easier for cadres to manage toddler data, immunization schedules and immunization data. Meanwhile, mothers of toddlers can view the notification message of the immunization schedule via telegram and review the history of immunizations that have been carried out.
