Abstract
Siak traditional food and drinks are such a well cultural heritage of the Siak Malay group, even though some people are unaware that Siak Sri Indrapura offers a wide range of traditional Siak food and drinks. As a result, this profile book was created as a resource for persons who are unfamiliar with traditional Siak food and drinks. The Indonesian and English languages are used in this profile book. This book is written in English and is intended for international tourists visiting Siak Sri Indrapura. It includes images, descriptions, and recipes for traditional Siak Sri Indrapura food and drinks. An introduction, a table of contents, and the contents of the book make up this book.
