Abstract
The title of this final project is "Planning and Making Slebew Papaya Chips Business (Production Aspect Review)". The general objective of the project is to find out“How to Plan and Make Slebew Papaya Chips Business. To find out how the Slebew Papaya Chips production process. To find out how many Slebew Papaya Chips are produced. And to find out the obstacles and solutions in producing Slebew Papaya Chips. There are 4 implementation methods used in this business, namely, project preparation plans, project implementation plans, project completion plans, project reporting plans. The end result of this product is a production process that runs for 20 times using different raw materials in each production time. The profit earned is Rp. 1,825,000. The problem faced is that when slicing Pepaya is a little difficult due to the different sizes of papaya, the solution is to use a large papaya to make it easier when slicing. Constraints when frying, papaya will blend with one another. The solution is to wash it with papaya water that has been sliced so that the papaya don't blend.
