Abstract
Quality control of the production process is an activity of planning and supervising the production process, starting from raw materials that have not been processed at all, until these materials are turned into finished products that comply with the standards set has been set by the company. This research focuses on Quality control analysis on the production process. Panca Eka Bina Plywood Industry is one of the manufacturing companies that produce plywood products. The purpose of this research is to analyze product quality control in the production process that carried out at PT. Panca Eka Bina Plywood, to analyze product quality control barriers in PT. Panca Eka Bina Plywood, to find out if there are deviations from product quality standards in PT. Panca Eka Bina Plywood and find solutions to problems faced in quality control product. The methods used in this study are qualitatively descriptive using observation techniques, interviews, documentation. The results of the study showed that there is still a lack of quality control of the product, in the production process that occurs in the company, product failure that results in waste of raw materials, additional production costs become obstacles to product quality control in the company, and there are still many deviations in product quality standards produced every month.
