Abstract
The high demand for energy demands to create a variety of alternative energy to meet these needs. Utilization of renewable natural resources must be and continue to be developed so that there is no crisis and energy scarcity. especially for the needs of the community related to electrical energy on the island of the Regency, Bengkalis Regency. On the island of Bengkalis related to electrical energy. On the island of Bengkalis electrical energy is obtained from a diesel power plant (PLTD). This study aims to produce an AC generator voltage with the rotation of the rotor on the coil. Thus, the generator produces AC voltage to turn on the lamp load varies. This generator has 12 coils, 332 turns, and 12 permanent magnet poles, and as a player is an AC motor. The results of the research carried out, obtained a generator voltage of 38,3 V, the maximum speed obtained was 1430 RPM.
