Abstract
Archiving is a process of storing and managing documents according to a particular filing system. Correspondence activities in the Central Statistics Agency of Bengkalis Regency are very important because they can support the development of the Agency from the administrative side. The current mail management system is considered ineffective so that the Bengkalis Regency Central Statistics Agency needs to change the system that is currently running.In this final project, a solution has been made for an Application for Filing Administrative Documents at the Central Statistics Agency of Bengkalis Regency. Using white box and black box trials by going directly to the office and conducting offline trials with valid data, with the results of the trial as expected in archiving Administrative Documents such as inputting incoming and outgoing mail data, inputting incoming and outgoing mail agenda data, storing scanned mail files in the gallery of each letter, Letter Disposition, Date output, Letter report can be printed, deleted, supplemented, and also edited. The response given by the Central Statistics Agency when conducting testing was very good on this application.
