Abstract
The title of this final project is “Business Planning and Manufacturing of Chubby Cheezy Crunch Snacks. The general purpose of the project is to find out “How to Plan and Create a Chubby Cheezy Crunch Business. The specific objective to be achieved in this final project is to find out the raw materials used in the Chubby Cheezy Crunch production process. To find out how the production process of Chubby Cheezy Crunch Snacks is. To find out how many Chubby Cheezy Crunchs are produced. And to find out the obstacles and solutions in producing Chubby Cheezy Crunch. There are 4 implementation methods used in this business, namely, project preparation plans, project implementation plans, project completion plans, project reporting plans. The end result of this product is a production process that runs for 20 times using different raw materialsin each production time. The profit earned is Rp. 4,140,000. The problem when opening the spring rolls that you want to roll with cheese is that if you leave the spring rolls for a long time outside, it will easily dry out/hard so that it is very stiff to roll. The solution for the spring rolls that are difficult to roll due to being easy to dry is to put the spring rolls into the rice cooker to make them moist and easy to roll. The problem when frying the rolled spring rolls is that the spring rolls are easy to blend into one another as a result of the rolled spring rolls there is a little bit of flour coming out of the roll. The solution from Chubby Cheezy Crunch, which is easy to stick, is to add a little flour for the roll adhesive so that when fried it doesn't easily blend with the others.
