Abstract
This study aims to build a website-based system for the potential of the residents of Pergam Village. In several cases that occurred last year, the Rupat community and students held demonstrations against the company in Rupat District. Because of their disappointment with the company, only a few local children worked at the Rupat District company in particular. As a result, the company lacks information because the existing system is still manual in copying or recording data. So it takes time when faced with fast information. The data collection method used is through interviews and literature studies. Based on a theoretical review, a website-based Citizen Self Potential System for Kelurahan and Pergam Village residents was developed. analysis and implementation of programming used with the PHP programming language with Notepad++ editor and database using XAMPP, and producing programming. The results of the citizen test were successful in uploading developing self-potential data as expected, and the village community empowerment staff succeeded in providing and uploading job information data. This system is presented by the perpetrators of developing the potential for human resources in Pergam Village for the benefit of improving the economy of the residents.
