Abstract
With the development of an increasingly modern era, the PHP framework can make it easier for a developer to create a website without having to create a program from scratch, simply by creating classes and functions as needed, because the functions and variables are already available in the framework components. This study conducted a software quality test based on the ISO 9126 standard using characteristics, namely the characteristics of functionality. The instrument for testing functionality uses the black box testing method, the examiner will assess based on the instrument in the form of a test case to test the main functions that have been determined in the needs analysis and the suitability of the effects. Based on the results of testing the correspondence system at the village office, it was declared feasible in terms of functionality, with the results of 88% testing on black box testing.
