Abstract
The service for making cover letters at the village office, especially Bengkalis District, is still carried out in the conventional way, the community must come directly to the village office with the necessary files and have to wait. With current technological developments, a mobile for correspondence services at the village office. In the research, the application being tested was developed using the prototype. In this regard, a test is carried out on the application using the Black-Box.testing Black-Box in this study applies the Equivalence Partitions technique, with the stages of determining the Use Case to be tested, determining criteria, defining partitions, creating test data, creating test cases, testing applications, and evaluating test results. Based on the test results as many as forty three scenarios.-based correspondence service application mobile cannot be used directly by the public. Because most of the failures are found in the mail submission feature, which is an important feature of the application.
