Abstract

Queue is the activity of customers waiting to get service. In the administration of the covid-at several health facilities in Bengkalis district in particular, there were several problems in taking the queue number of the people who crowded together to take the queue number. Furthermore, the call for vaccine participants is no longer based on the queue number obtained by the participant. There are several types of participants who get priority in the queue, namely elderly participants, participants who have acquaintances from the vaccine staff team (insiders). Furthermore, there are queue numbers that are not in the same order as when the vaccine participants were obtained. So the implementation of this vaccine is not efficient. This study aims to build a vaccine queue system to avoid crowds of people in getting queue numbers and administering vaccines based on queue numbers. Algorithm First In First Out software development method Rational Unified Process. This algorithm is isciplined and not prioritized using data structures, and this method was chosen because it uses a disciplined approach in carrying out its duties and responsibilities in an organization. The results of this study are in the form of a vaccine queue system with fifo that has passed several black box testing tests with the final test result of 74% with a suitable category for use.
