Abstract
Public complaints are a source of information in an effort to convey the problems faced by the community. Complaints of information between the community to the village head office are very important to improve the quality of services produced according to the standards set, but community complaints at the village office are very limited so that the community cannot submit all complaints to the village quickly, accurately, and responded to. This study aims to create an online public complaint application using the RUP method. The RUP method is a software development approach consisting of four stages, namely inception, elaboration, construction, transition. The application system will be built using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages. This research will produce a mobile-based public complaint system at the village head office.
