Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with a tropical climate, which has two seasons, namely the rainy season and summer. There is global warming happening resulting in both seasons being more difficult to predict his arrival. This will certainly affect or complicate some community activities and activities. In this increasingly modern era, every people generally wants something that is practical and efficient without having to take a long time. The rainwater detection alarm works when giving a voltage of 5 V to the NodeMCU ESP8266 to run the module system and use the rain sensor and LDR sensor as input to send to the buzzer as a sound alarm, DC motor as opening or closing the roof and Blynk as LCD display. When rainwater hits the rain sensor, the sensor gets an average voltage value of 1.95 volts. As for the LDR sensor when it detecting bright light then the value of the voltage is 2.87 volts if dark light then the voltage is 4.63 volts and the performance of the tool’s work system from the overall data is only 80 %.
