Abstract

The traditional banana sale drying process takes up to 1 day, if the sun is very hot. To overcome this, the desire arises in designing and realizing a banana sale drying system that takes a matter of hours. The existence of this drying system, with banana sale producers can speed up the process of making banana sale and can reduce bacteria that may occur during drying time. The general way the tool works is that if the temperature exceeds the specified limit, the heater will turn off and the DC fan will turn on automatically, and if the temperature returns to normal, the heater will come back on and the DC fan will turn off automatically, if the humidity has reached the desired level, the buzzer will turn on a dry sign. Banana sale is over. After doing research on the tool using this microcontroller, the tool works well. When using a drying machine, this sale only lasts 2 to 3 hours, while research through sunlight takes 1 to 2 days, it also depends on the weather, while the weather is erratic, sometimes it rains, sometimes it is hot.
