Abstract
Sawdust is waste generated from the process of cutting or sanding wood by sawing or using machinery such as drilling, milling, sander, grinding, and others in an industry. Sawdust waste in an industry is usually allowed to accumulate, dispose of, or burn. This happens because of the lack of information about the negative impact of sawdust waste and recycling of sawdust waste. To make wood planks from sawdust waste, you need a sawdust hydraulic press machine. The sawdust hydraulic press machine is designed and targeted for small or medium scale communities and SMEs that process sawdust waste. The system on the sawdust press machine is made manually and the dimensions on the dies or molds are made according to market needs so that of course it will benefit the wood craftsmen or SMEs that process sawdust waste. Tool dimensions are very important in the production of sawdust waste. The importance of measuring the dimensions of the tool and the mass of the tool aims when there is a business to produce tools in large quantities and then sell them.
