Abstract
With the development of technology in today's especially electrical world, we need a more advanced protection and protection system. The reliability of a smart MCB can be determined when the current load or overcurrent over current is set to 220V overload. Smart MCB testing can be done by electronic devices that use electricity such as irons, lights, hendphone charger and others. In this MCB Smart results from testing that smart MCB able to work if the value exceeds that we have determined then smart MCB will will decide the voltage and current by ordered by Arduino Uno as well as the relay function to decide and connect the load. The results of testing the tool on the acs712 current sensor can not be said perfectly because the results obtained are not stable after a few tests on the sensor acs 712. Then tested the zmpt 101b voltage sensor from the test of zmpt 101b voltage sensors get accurate results so as to detect the voltage Excessive. So as a whole it can be concluded that Smart MCB by using acs712 current sensor and zmpt 101b voltage sensor reach the measurement accuracy level of 85% and the percentage of fatigue equal to 15%
