Abstract

Soybean cake is a food that is susceptible to production failure due to a production process that does not meet the requirements. The process of making tempeh is basically the process of growing soyabean cake mushroom spores, namely Rhizopus sp. on soybean seeds then the fermentation process continues at a temperature of 20 ° Celsius to 37 ° Celsius with a duration of storage for 18-36 hours. By utilizing arduino microcontroller-based technology, a soybean cake fermentation chamber temperature control device can be built so as to facilitate the production process. To meet the requirements required, the equipment built will be designed in such a way that the temperature settings in the fermentation chamber can be maintained to remain consistent and work automatically. To minimize losses due to failure of the production process and the creation of a working system that can be monitored through computer devices, the creation of this tool was initiated. The level of effectiveness and efficiency of the production process can also occur optimally because the tools made make it easier for producers to review and analyze processes for the progress of production
