Abstract
The website is an information system site page that can be accessed quickly as a medium for promotion and information for an organization. The existing information system at the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HMTI) of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic is currently still manual and does not have a website yet. Submission of information only uses social media where there is a possibility that there is incorrect information and there is also no system for carrying out activities within the organization so that based on these problems a website-based Application for the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HMTI) of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic is carried out. This system displays complete information, in the form of membership information, agenda information (activities), news, member attendance for each agenda, to the member registration process. There are users as users/prospective members, admins as data and information processors as well as data backups from HMTI administrators to support the website as recipients of information, administrators to view organizational information, agendas to take attendance, and coaches can view organizational activities through the system. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The Informatics Engineering Student Association (HMTI) of Bengkalis State Polytechnic is able to provide information about all organizational activities for administrators or other students.
