Abstract
Generasi Baru Indonesia (GenBI) Riau is a community consisting of students who received Bank Indonesia (BI) scholarships. (GenBI) Riau is an organization that quite often and routinely holds seminar activities. Seminar activities include announcements, registration, and attendance which are usually done on google form or manually on paper. Therefore, from these problems, the Generasi Baru In-donesia Riau Seminar Activity Website was built as a site that can facilitate event announcements and participant registration and attendance online using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and Laravel Frame-work. The testing carried out is Black Box testing where testing in the admin display and user display is carried out directly by GenBI Riau members by testing each feature available on the system. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the features of registration, attendance, flashbacks, and printing seminar reports are successfully carried out. This website facilitates users in the process of registration and attendance at seminar activities and recording reports on GenBI Riau seminar activities.
