Abstract
The title of this final project is Planning and Making of Tahu Walikku Business (Production Aspect Overview). The implementation of this Final Project has 2 objectives, the general objectives are:to know how to plan and create a business Tahu Walikku While the specific objectives are: to find out the raw materials needed in the Tahu Walikku production process, to find out how the Tahu Walikku production process is, to find out the realization of the cost of Tahu Walikku production, and to find out the obstacles and solutions to the Tahu Walikku production process. In its implementation, it uses 4 methods, namely project preparation plan, project implementation plan, project completion plan, and project reporting plan. The final result of this project is to produce a new product that is Tahu Walikku. The production process used is a type of continuous process. The implementation place is done on Jl. Sungai Alam, Gg. Abadi, Bengkalis Regency. Production of Tahu Walikku started from November 12, 2020 to December 26, 2020 as many as 20 production processes. The obstacle faced is when the first production of tofu stuffing feels like aci, because too little include the grind of chicken when donating and the taste of onions in the stuffing Of Tahu Walikku is too strong, and constrained also at the place of the petok know where if the state of sea water rises then the tofu treatment plant is submerged in water. So the process of making tofu is hampered. The solution is to add the weight of chicken from the first composition on the dough so that the stuffing of tahu Walikku feels more chewy and savory, not adding onions again to the ingredients - ingredients in the making of Tahu Walikku so as not to be too strong onion flavor on the stuffing Tahu Walikku, and also change the place of the main raw material that is tofu, which can provide tofu always.
