Abstract
Student violations are a common issue among students at school, ranging from minor to major infractions. The system used at SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu still relies on manual recording of violations in a case book, with the school counselor (BK teacher) documenting student infractions. Recording data in this manner has its weaknesses, such as the difficulty in locating archived records because the documentation in the case book is not well-organized, leading to prolonged search times and delayed report generation. Based on this issue, it is proposed to develop a Student Violation Application for SMA Negeri 1 Bukit Batu based on a website platform. Application testing is conducted using Black Box testing, where testing is performed directly by the admin, class teachers, parents, and students by evaluating all available features in the application to ensure that it functions successfully and meets expectations. This application generates WhatsApp notifications that can be received by parents to view the list of student violations that occurred during their time at school. By utilizing this student violation application, it can assist the BK teacher in recording student violations.
