Abstract

This project aims to implement a digital marketing strategy for ”Emdee.style”, a premium preloved fashion business targeting young adults aged 20–40 years. The primary goal is to increase sales and expand market reach through a structured approach. Methods used include SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to evaluate internal and external factors, and STP analysis (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) to determine marketing strategies. The SWOT analysis revealed strengths such as unique collections and competitive pricing, while the main weakness was low brand awareness. Opportunities included growing interest in sustainable fashion, while threats involved intense competition and changing trends. The STP strategy successfully identified market segments and positioned ”Emdee.style”, as a high-quality preloved clothing provider. Digital marketing implementation involved creative content development, optimization of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and marketplace (Shopee). Results showed significant improvements in brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Technical constraints like limited devices and internet connectivity were mitigated using Google Drive for data storage. Challenges in generating creative content were addressed through trend research and references. This project provides practical benefits for business owners in optimizing digital marketing and serves as a guide for similar SMEs. In conclusion, an integrated digital marketing strategy is effective for preloved business growth, with recommendations to innovate in content and product development.
