Aplikasi Berbasis Multiplatform Untuk Informasi Kerja Part-Time Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development (Studi Kasus: Kecamatan Bengkalis)

This research aims to develop a Multiplatform application that makes it easier for job seekers to find part-time job vacancies and helps job providers find job seekers. The Multiplatform application allows users, namely providers and applicants, to access via mobile devices and the web, thus making it easier for users to search for and manage part-time job information. Some of the main features available include searching for vacancies by category, work shift and distance, as well as giving job providers access to post and manage their vacancies. Implementation of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method allows faster development with direct feedback from users. Test results show that this application functions well and has received a positive response from users, who find it easier to find and offer part- time jobs. With this application, it is hoped that part-time job seekers can find opportunities more quickly, while job providers can reach suitable prospective workers more efficiently.
