Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk Dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2024

This study aims to determine the effect of population size and regional gross domestic product (RGDP) on local revenue (PAD) in the regencies/cities of Riau Province from 2015 to 2024. The study period was 10 years. This study employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or total sampling, with the sample consisting of time series data. The results of this study indicate that, partially, the population and GRDP have a positive effect on the PAD of districts/cities in Riau Province. Simultaneously, the population and GRDP have a positive and significant effect on the PAD of districts/cities in Riau Province.
