Aplikasi Donasi Sedekah Jum'at Rutin Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking

Donations are a form of social concern that continues to evolve with advancements in digital technology. Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi has a program called Sedekah Jum’at Rutin, which aims to support orphans, the poor, and the underprivileged. However, this donation program still faces several issues, including ineffective information dissemination, a manual donation process, manual donation requests that require direct contact with the foundation's chairman, lack of transparency in donation collection, and manual recording of donation reports. This study aims to develop a web-based donation application to improve donation efficiency, expand donor reach, and facilitate the donation request process for the public. The method used in this study is Design Thinking, which focuses on understanding user needs, ideating innovative solutions, and developing a prototype that meets the requirements. The developed application includes key features such as donation program information, an online donation system with a payment gateway, a donation request feature, and a monthly donation income and expenditure report generation feature. The results indicate that the Sedekah Jum’at Rutin web-based donation application can enhance donor participation, simplify the donation process, facilitate donation requests, and streamline the preparation of financial reports for Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi. With this web-based application, Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi can optimize fundraising efforts more effectively.
