Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Operating Cash Flow, and Sales Growth on Financial Distress, both partially and simultaneously, in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The research period spans four years. The data used is quantitative. The sampling technique employed is Purposive Sampling, with a sample size of 28 companies yielding 112 observations. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS Version 29. The results of the study indicate that the debt-to-equity ratio has a negative partial effect on financial distress, operating cash flow has a positive partial effect on financial distress, and sales growth has no partial effect on financial distress. Simultaneously, the debt-to-equity ratio, operating cash flow, and sales growth have a significant effect on financial distress.
