Implementasi Green Banking Pada Bank Mandiri Dan Bank Syariah Indonesia Di Indonesia

This study examines the implementation of the green banking model in Indonesia's banking sector, focusing on Bank Mandiri and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI. Green banking refers to banking practices promoting environmental sustainability through eco-friendly financing, operational efficiency, and renewable energy utilization. The study aims to analyze the extent to which green banking are applied by Bank Mandiri and BSI, evaluate their compliance with sustainability standards, and identify the allocation of sustainable funding. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, the findings reveal that both banks have adopted green banking elements through eco-friendly policies, paper usage reduction, and renewable energy project funding. However, their approaches differ in integrating green banking practices. This research contributes to the literature on sustainability in the bank.
