Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Menggunakan Framework Togaf Adm (Studi Kasus: Kopikap)

Kopikap is a coffee shop business that focuses on providing sales of various types of coffee drinks. In carrying out its business processes, Kopikap currently has three branches with the main branch located on Jl. Antara and two other branches at Roro Air Putih and Sei Selari Ports. The current condition of Kopikap is that it has not yet planned and implemented information technology that will help its business processes. The business processes carried out are still carried out semi manually and are not yet integrated with each other, such as the process of ordering raw
materials, stock management, stock storage (inventory), distribution of raw materials to branches, management of raw materials until they become final products and using Microsoft Word and Excel applications. To overcome the
problems that exist in Kopikap, it is necessary to design an enterprise architecture to align business processes, business goals, applications and the technology used.
This research uses enterprise architecture design using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method through the Preliminary phase, Requirements Management phase, Architecture Vision phase, Business Architecture vision phase, Information Architecture phase, and Technology Architecture phase by providing ISO 27001: 2022 security recommendations in the Technology Architecture phase. This
research will produce a blueprint as a proposal that can be implemented by Kopikap.
