Sistem Manajemen Keuangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Rumah Sagu Barokah Menggunakan Metode RUP (Rational Unified Process)

UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah is a small and medium enterprise engaged in the production and sale of sago. The financial management in this UMKM is still carried out manually using a record book. With the use of a record book, many important aspects are not well-managed. For instance, daily expenses such as electricity, maintenance, and employee salaries are not properly documented. This makes it difficult to control costs and manage the budget effectively. To address this issue, this research aims to design a Financial Management System for UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah to facilitate more organized and systematic financial management. The system utilizes the RUP method, which can enhance project visibility, reduce risks, and deliver high-quality systems more consistently. This method provides a well-defined structure to manage software development projects from start to finish. The results of this research are expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial management at UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah, simplify the financial reporting process, and support data-driven decision-making. With the implementation of this system, UMKM Rumah Sagu Barokah is expected to manage its finances more professionally and systematically, thus supporting the growth and sustainability of the business in the future.
