Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Mobile Donasi Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis

Donation is a form of social concern aimed at helping individuals or groups in need. However, conventional donation systems still face issues such as lack of transparency and limited accessibility. This study aims to design a mobile donation application for students of Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis to simplify the donation process and enhance transparency. The application was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Technologies used include Flutter for the frontend, Firebase Authentication for user login, and Firebase Firestore as the main database. The app provides features for monetary and goods donations, managed by each department. The results show that the system improves donation convenience and transparency. It is expected that this application will encourage active student participation in donation activities.
