Analisa Harga Satuan Biaya Alat Berat Berbasis Produktivitas Harian Proyek (Studi Kasus Temporary Jetty Pt. Oleokimia Sejahtera Mas, Dumai)

The use of heavy equipment in construction projects significantly affects the efficiency of time, cost, and work quality. This study aims to analyze the unit cost of heavy equipment operations based on daily productivity in the temporary jetty construction project at PT. Oleokimia Sejahtera Mas, Dumai. The equipment examined includes an excavator, vibrator roller, and dump truck. Based on the calculation results, the unit cost per m³ is as follows: excavator at Rp 92,594.116, vibrator roller at Rp 13,182.325, and dump truck at Rp 14,826.666. These costs were calculated based on actual field productivity and the components of ownership and operational costs. The study also identifies that productivity is highly influenced by site conditions, operator skills, and equipment performance. This research is expected to serve as a reference for similar projects in coastal areas with challenging ground conditions.
