Perhitungan Persediaan Obat Bpjs Dengan Metode Economic Order Quantity (Eoq) Dan Reorder Point (Rop) Pada Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bengkalis

This study aims to calculate and analyze the inventory of BPJS-covered medicines at Bengkalis Regional Public Hospital (RSUD Bengkalis) using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. Proper inventory management is essential to prevent stockouts or overstocking of medicines. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data on medicine demand, holding costs, ordering costs, and lead time for 15 types of BPJS medicines. The results show that EOQ helps determine the most efficient order quantity, while ROP provides guidance on the right time to reorder. For example, VIT B Complex has an EOQ of 552 units and a ROP of 3,358 units after including safety stock. The application of EOQ and ROP methods has proven effective in improving procurement efficiency and ensuring medicine availability at RSUD Bengkalis.
