Kedai Rio Bersaudara, which has been operating for 20 years, still relies on a manual system for transaction recording and inventory management. This method often leads to delays in recording, inaccurate stock data, and difficulties in accessing real-time sales reports, impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This research aims to develop a web-based sales system to integrate transaction recording, inventory management, and automated sales reporting. The system is developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to ensure flexibility and accelerated implementation. With this system, store owners can easily track incoming and outgoing goods, manage stock more effectively, and obtain real-time sales and inventory reports to support better business decision-making. The implementation of this web-based sales system is expected to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales management, minimize recording errors, and facilitate transaction and inventory monitoring. Additionally, this system can help Kedai Rio Bersaudara improve its competitiveness and productivity in an increasingly competitive business environment.
