Sistem Informasi Layanan Nikah Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development

The marriage service information system is a web-based application designed to improve the efficiency of marriage administration at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). This system aims to make it easier for the public to register for marriage and obtain accurate information regarding applicable procedures. Currently, the marriage administration process is still carried out manually, which causes inefficiency, high error rates, and delays in recording. To overcome these problems, this study developed a system for registration, document verification, and scheduling in real time. This system is also equipped with a
communication feature from WhatsApp to send automatic notifications to users regarding the status of marriage registration, the schedule of the contract, or documents that need to be completed. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which allows rapid iteration in design and testing based on user feedback. Testing was conducted using the black-box method, which ensures that all features function according to the expected specifications. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this system has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of marriage services
at the KUA. The public can more easily access information and manage marriage registration digitally, which has an impact on increasing user satisfaction with the services provided.
