Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, and non-performing financing (NPF) on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia during the period 2019–2024. In the context of Islamic banking, both types of financing have the potential to enhance profitability; however, they also face the risk of NPF, which can affect financial performance. This research uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique and regression analysis to measure the relationship between the variables. The results show that mudharabah financing has no significant effect on profitability, while musyarakah financing also shows no significant effect. In contrast, non-performing financing has a negative effect on profitability, and all independent variables simultaneously influence profitability. This study is expected to provide insights for Islamic banks in managing risk and improving financing strategies.
