Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Waktu Tunggu Sandar Di Dermaga Pada Kapal Yang Di Ageni Oleh Pt. Adhigana Paraduta Mulya

The problem in this final assignment is what are the factors that affect the ship's waiting time at the dock on the agent of PT Adhigana Paraduta Mulya, what are the impacts arising from the long waiting time at the dock and, what efforts are made to reduce the long waiting time at the dock on the ship. This research was conducted from May - July at PT. Adhigana Paraduta Mulya Dumai. The methods used are observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the study show factors that affect the waiting time at the dock on ships agented by PT. Adhigana Paraduta Mulya, namely full facilities, bad weather, administrative and clearance processes in various agencies. The impacts arising from the long waiting time at the dock are ship camping in the anchorage area, the emergence of demurrage costs, disruption to the next ship's schedule. Efforts made to reduce the waiting time on the agented ship are planning a more accurate arrival schedule, adding dock facilities and capacity and ensuring the readiness of operational time and labor and loading and unloading equipment are ready so that the process runs smoothly.
