The management of drug inventory is very important to ensure that medicines are available according to patient needs and support efficient pharmaceutical services. The RR Family pharmacy in Air Putih Village uses form-based recording to manage drug stocks, which has the potential to cause recording errors, data loss, and stock mismatches. To address this issue, a web-based drug inventory management application was created. This application can record incoming and outgoing drugs, monitor stock in real-time, provide notifications for dwindling stocks or those nearing expiration, and help identify drugs that are approaching their expiration date. The programming language PHP with the Laravel framework, and the MySQL database were used for system development. All features function according to requirements, based on black box testing methods, and it has been proven that this application helps the Admin and pharmacy owners manage their stocks more quickly, ccurately, and effectively.
