The Making Of E-Book Of Hotel Conversation

This final project is about making an e-book called “English for Hotel Conversation”. The purpose of this e-book is to help hotel staff improve their English skills, especially when talking to foreign guests. The idea for this e-book came from a survey at some hotels in Bengkalis, where many workers could not speak English well. This makes it hard for them to give good service. The method used in this project is descriptive, which means explaining each step in making the e-book. The steps include choosing the topic, collecting data from books, websites, and videos, writing simple dialogues, checking grammar and plagiarism, and designing the e-book using Canva. The final product is a digital book with real hotel conversations, easy explanations, and a quiz using a QR code. This e-book can be used by hotel staff, students, or teachers to learn and practice English for hotel situations in a simple and useful way.
